Your profile & the directory
Your profile is how the rest of the network finds and recognises you. You control exactly what is shown and whether you appear in the public directory at all.

Fill it in
- Add a headline, your affiliation, and your research interests.
- Upload a profile photo — it is stored privately to your account and only shown where you choose.
- Your hub shows how complete your profile is, so you can see what is left.
The member directory
The directory lets members discover each other by interest and field. You appear there only if you opt in — it is off until you choose to be listed, and you can switch it off again at any time.
You are always in control
Opting out hides your public profile and removes you from the directory immediately. Your account and membership are unaffected.
