Signing in to ARS
ARS uses passwordless sign-in. There is no password to create or forget — you sign in with a secure link sent to your email each time.

How it works

Enter your email
On the sign-in page, type the email address you want to use for ARS.

Check your inbox
We send you a one-time magic link. Open the email and tap the button.

You're in
The link signs you in and brings you straight to your member hub.
If the link does not arrive
- Give it a minute — email can take a moment to land.
- Check your spam or promotions folder, and mark us as “not spam” so future links arrive cleanly.
- Make sure you typed the address correctly, then request a new link.
- Magic links expire for your security. If yours has lapsed, just request a fresh one.
Use the same email every time
Your membership, tickets, and profile all live under one email address. Signing in with a different address creates a separate, empty account.
