If your university, department, or programme has arranged ARS membership on your behalf, you will receive a personal claim link by email. Claiming it applies the membership to your account — no payment needed.

Use the address the invitation was sent to, so the entitlement matches your account.

One tap applies the entitlement to your ARS profile automatically.
The email address has to match
A claim link is tied to the address it was sent to. If you sign in with a different email, the entitlement will not attach — use the invited address.
No link, but you were told you are covered?
Check your spam folder first. If it is genuinely not there, contact us and we will re-issue your invitation.
